The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

You may have debris blocking the contacts inside your charging case. You can attempt to clean the case and also perform a factory reset by placing both AirPods inside the case with the lid open and holding the setup button for 15 seconds.

Price was certainly cheaper than getting a new pair of AirPods Pro’s. Moreover the order arrived shorter faster than originally quoted. This case specifically shipped out of cali, so it was a pretty short delivery to Arizona. Well packed and was small enough to be delivered via USPS into my community mail box.
On a product level, l figure some of them aren’t fresh out of the box. If you read this websites business model, you can understand that repurposing AirPod charging cases may utilize used returns. Mine specifically had a nick or two (barely noticeable), but were pre cleaned and otherwise were in great shape.
Regardless great customer support and I am very happy with the product that I received and have since referred family members to this website.
Long story short, don’t lose your AirPods, but if you do, these guys are the real deal.
