The AirPod replacement case will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

I urgently needed this product and couldn’t return it, but I’m deeply disappointed. The item was labeled as “like new” and priced at nearly $60, yet it arrived with obvious and significant damage. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. If you’re charging a premium price, the product should meet the standards promised. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I am so happy, I almost bought a non-apple product as it was cheaper but by not that much. Then I figured if I go with Apple it's a safer bet. I am hoping to get a lot more time out of my AirPod Pros (2nd generation). It paired easily with my i-phone and as long as this keeps working which I see no reason why it wouldn't, I will come back to ReCell next time I lose something!!
The only thing I'll mention is that they said it would arrive by Thursday or Friday one week and it didn't come until the following week right after I left town for a few months, I had to get someone to ship it to me. Had they been more accurate or not given such an early date I wouldn't have sent it to arrive where I did. That would have saved me another $35.

After I realized that my AirPods case wasn’t working (I dropped it off) I started looking for a new option, “new AirPods” but I found Re-Cell exchange. Although I was skeptical about getting something from them (I wasn’t sure if it was real) I decided to try and bought it. I cannot be happier with my choice. I chose a “like new” case and I got it as it is. The pairing was easy (just what you do with new AirPods) and haven’t had any issues with it since then. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for future references! Don’t doubt it to get anything from them.
