Great customer service
I had put the wrong address. The Recell team was fast to respond and reship my item. Very happy with the shipping time and the quality of my replacement. I will be buying again if need be. This is my third perchance with this company and I definitely will be back!

Works perfectly
Came in matching my current earbud great, sound is exactly the same. When pairing, I was silly at first and kept wondering "why does it only pair the right one now?" It's trying to update it to match your other earbud, and once it updates both will be recognized. Couldn't be more happy with this, especially at a great price.

A Life Saver!
I initially was upset that I needed to buy a new pair when I went to the Samsung store, saying that I had lost my right ear bud somewhere along the highway. Re-cell exchange really helped me a lot since I was provided with multiple quality options and they have a variety of ear pieces from different brands as well. My replacement order was sent the same day from my online purchase and I had received it in the Philippines within 7 days; they are really fast and efficient. Thankfully they are here to save us clumsy/klutz individuals from ourselves.
