I ordered a replacement left ear bud. I received the order in a timely manner. However the ear bud was defective. I went online and Re-cell has a wonderful exchange process. I printed out a shipping label put the defective earbud in the mail. Meanwhile Re-cell shipped a replacement 2 day priority. The replacement ear bud worked perfectly! Thank-you re-cell for great sevive.
