The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

The first bud I ordered unfortunately ended up being defective, but no problem - customer service told me I could return or replace. I returned and placed a separate order for a different bud. On the second try, I got a great working bud. And a full refund for my first order.
Although they ship from SoCal and I live on the East Coast, both orders were shipped the same day and arrived very quickly. Overall, a good experience.

I honestly don’t understand where all the 5-star reviews are coming from. Don’t get me wrong—the shipping is great—but I’m not buying a shipping service, I’m buying actual products.
The first time I ordered, the earbud arrived completely clogged with earwax (despite their claim that all items are cleaned), making transparency mode useless. The second time, they sent me a counterfeit item. At this point, I can’t trust either the origin or legitimacy of their products, let alone whether they’re actually cleaned.
To be fair, they do mention that items may have scuffs and marks—that part is accurate. But when they claim to sell “original and cleaned items,” that’s exactly what I expect. I’m giving them one last chance to get it right.
