The Beats Fit Pro replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

I found what I needed to order quickly. It arrived exactly on time. I texted Help chat to get some instruction and was up and running quickly. The only thing that would be better would be to have a replacement white color instead of the replacement black color. Other than that, it was a good purchase in good experience. Thanks.

So, I received my ear bud and was super concerned because it would not pair with my left ear bud. I went to YouTube looked and did all the how to's and it didn't work. I decided to just leave them in the pod together and charge them. I came back an hour later and they paired. Now I still don't know how it was corrected but maybe it was dead. However, I am pleased with my ear bud and it works perfectly.

They work perfect I had a little issue with connecting them out the box but once you scan the code it teaches you how to connect it and after that I never had no issues. In future please re stocl the black ones
