1x PowerBeats Pro Right Ear Replacement (Standard size ear-tip) No other accessories will be included. Smaller/larger ear tips are available upon request. If you would like one of these sizes, please send a message before you purchase. We are happy to provide this free of charge.
The PowerBeats replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

I got one ear bud a few months ago from their site and it just wasn’t working very well. The support team was so easy to contact and helped me get everything handled.
The second ear bud I got works just as well, if not better than the brand new one I lost and had to replace.

If you have lost or broken an earbud and need a replacement, look no further!! Ordering from Red-Cell Exchange was easy, it shipped quickly, and works great! I am very pleased. Pairing instruments came in the box and was fairly easy. My only suggestion is that for people who do better with watching instructions rather than reading instructions, they should update their YouTube videos to include more models - but very minor issue and shouldn’t stop you from ordering. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased both the left and right EAR headphones. The LEFT ear works great, but the RIGHT ear has no sound. I am able to sync both but still no sound from the RIGHT ear.
