Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds. Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C® cable. Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds. When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button. The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.
When you get a replacement for your Left Ear for Google Pixel Buds Pro, it should not affect the sound quality of your Earbuds. The replacement earbud is designed to match the specifications of the original, so you should not notice any difference in sound quality.

I order a replacement for a left earbud and the battery was no longer able to hold any charge after less than a year. For comparison, the right earbud which was the original one and had certainly much more use, works for hours still. When I reached out for help I was promptly shut down despite the "1 year warrenty" I was told it had to have been from regular use and that it wasn't covered.
I bought this replacement to save me from having to buy all new headphones and it wasn't worth it. Flat out, this is not a viable financial savings if you're considering just buying a new set of headphones unless you're faced with a price jump because of a new generation (though usually that'd mean the same pair of the old generation is cheap so...).

Had to replace my earbuds in 2 stages. First the right one drowned but the left was still going strong. Fast forward a bit and the left started pulling the same stunts the right did before it died. So ordered a replacement for that too. Both new earbuds paired up quickly and now they’re working perfectly, no issues!
