Works fine, but hardly "like new"
Overall, I'm satisfied enough with my purchase as the replacement case seems to be in good working order, and will not be seeking an exchange as I do not have time to wait for a replacement. However, I paid extra to receive my item in "like new" condition and was disappointed to receive a visibly worn and scratched case. It seems deceptive to market the product as "like new" when anyone could see that is false.
