The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Airpods Pro 2 USB-C and lightning Airpods are cosmetically identical. However, they are not cross-compatible. Ensure your model numbers match A2699, A2700 or A2698 to ensure they are compatible.
You may have debris blocking the contacts inside your charging case. You can attempt to clean the case and also perform a factory reset by placing both AirPods inside the case with the lid open and holding the setup button for 15 seconds.

Looked all around for this finally found this replacement before that I found the 4s ohhhh maaan there awesome! Then I knew this replacement is the one and it was I ordered the wrong somewhere wasted money on eBay and Walmart I had to return the Walmart one the eBay was not what I wanted got half refund! recell exchange is the best! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have tried to order a replacement for my right AirPod TWICE now and both times was sent something that I did not order. This entire experience has been a complete waste of time and money and I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

Unfortunately I had to call Apple support because the new AirPod would not sync with “find my phone”. Apple replaced both AirPods for me in 3 days .

I am providing an instruction below, please follow these steps and hopefully, this will help you out.
*Delete the device on your Bluetooth
*Go to settings>your name>find my>turn off all find my settings for your phone and opt out of the find my network (you will need to enter your Apple ID)
*Turn all your find my stuff back on
*Check the Find My app (it should be showing up now but you’ll have the same issues had where you can’t find the exact location)
*Go to Bluetooth settings and then your AirPods settings forget the device and remove it from your iCloud
*Factory reset AirPods by leaving the AirPods in the case>open the lid> hold the button on the back for 15 seconds until the case flashes amber and then white
*Now add the AirPods back to your phone
