Product works exactly like the original one the only issue is the website does not have a video for these specific earbuds on how to repair them so you have to follow the instructions for a different models earbuds but they don’t pair the same so I spend an extra 30 minutes on reddit until I could find a video and written explanation on how to re- connect them. Other than than I’ve had the product for about 3 weeks and it’s been working perfectly

My right ear bud was damaged and cracked but still worked, so I tried to get a warranty replacement and Samsung said no. Looked up some stuff on Reddit, was led here and the rest is history. FYI, if you have an issue pairing the new bud to your old set, make sure the old one you replaced is fully drained and go into the wearable app with the new one in the case and an option to update the earbuds will show up, click yes and they will sync!

It's legit exactly identical to the other. Doesn't feel like a Chinese knockoff. Only thing was it took some figuring out how to get it to pair properly to the other one. Maybe add a little instruction summary for those less knowledgeable
