The PowerBeats replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

I had ordered ar replacement Powerbeats Pro right ear piece. Be sure and get the return guarantee as well. Glad I did. The first one had an issue as it would only last 17mi on a full charge. Did a return and was able to print return label and return shipping paid via USPS. Got a credit at the store and got another replacement and it's working flawless. Really like the service and products and return process if you have any issues. I highly recommend this seller as they also have good selection as well as reasonable prices.
