1. Place both AirPods in your charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes via wall outlet.
2. Delete the old Bluetooth listing in your settings.
3. Open the lid and double-tap the front of the case three times (you will hear a chime each time).
4. On the third chime, the setup icon should appear on your phone. If not, repeat the steps.

Ordered a replacement case about 2 weeks ago and have had no issues. Shipping was fast, the case is functional, and there are no issues with paring or charging. Usually replacement cases break in about a month, but the cases hold their charge, charge the AirPods well, and have no issues connecting to devices like the original case.
