The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Airpods Pro 2 USB-C and lightning Airpods are cosmetically identical. However, they are not cross-compatible. Ensure your model numbers match A2699, A2700 or A2698 to ensure they are compatible.
You may have debris blocking the contacts inside your charging case. You can attempt to clean the case and also perform a factory reset by placing both AirPods inside the case with the lid open and holding the setup button for 15 seconds.

I’ll start by saying that I’m OCD when it comes to buying online. While I was at work, I ran over one of my AirPods with my truck (dumb story). Looking online, there were a couple of option but Recell , which is based in the area that I grew up in, seemed to have plenty of feedback and enough presence for me to give it a shot. The first order was made and sent out by FedEx at a very rapid rate. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left it at someone else’s house. Despite that, Recell took care of it and had another one immediately sent out within days. I have received the replacement of the replacement and can say that it works seamlessly! The online instructions for syncing were perfect and worked the first time. The replacement works as good as new! Thanks for being a company that I can recommend with confidence!!!

I was sad when I lost my original AirPods Pro left earbud after falling asleep with them. They just vanished out of thin air somehow. I bought a replacement from a different company and had so many issues connecting it. I decided to try this company, best decision. It came very quick and i didn’t have to do anything to connect it. I just placed it in my AirPod case and charged it for about 5 minutes. I disconnected and reconnected and it worked perfect maybe even better. They are very thorough and ask for the model and version number beforehand ensuring there’s a seamless pairing. AMAZING!
