The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Airpods Pro 2 USB-C and lightning Airpods are cosmetically identical. However, they are not cross-compatible. Ensure your model numbers match A3047, A3048, or A2968 to ensure they are compatible.
You may have debris blocking the contacts inside your charging case. You can attempt to clean the case and also perform a factory reset by placing both AirPods inside the case with the lid open and holding the setup button for 15 seconds.

Case arrived quickly, was in good condition, and works. Only issue was the instructions from Re-Cell did not work perfectly for re-pairing with headphones, but neither did the Apple ones. Found other steps online to reset the existing Airpod/case and then pair with the new one which worked. Very happy overall.

I was quoted $100 from the Apple Store for a charging case thankfully I looked online and saw these for wayyy cheaper! It was really easy to connect and no issues so far! I did notice some scratches even though I ordered like New but doesn’t really bother me that much. Shipping was fast too!

While the description said it was like new, it did have some scratches. However that said For $45 you can't beat getting an original replacement that works perfectly. It came very clean as well which I appreciated.
